Hi guys! Here is my updated current workout / fitness routine for weight loss! I’ve been following Jen Selter’s six week booty and lower body building plan before my vacation to Hawaii to prep that bikini body! It’s really helped to tone and sculpt my abs, as well as build my booty and grow my butt! It’s alot of simple and easy at home workouts no gym required!
