Just did this short routine then pressed replay and used it as a timer for an even shorter cardio and lower body workout which I made up on the fly. omg, kelli, you look amazing! how do you do it? i work out with you 6 times a week (one of those only stretching routine), eat ultra healthy since i'm histamine intolerant, but i still have a bit of fat on my hips although my upper body is super thin and i have strong legs (and great butt :D). can this be just genetics?
