I struggled with the coordination with this. Hopefully I will get the movements down after a few more times of this. It was a tough workout, and I'm still sore from yesterday's strength training.

Missed those HIIT videos! I would say this workout was a 3/5. My motivation for working out is feeling my body get stronger, and the great night of sleep I get when I have worked out that day!

i did one of your hiit's workout two days ago and , although i was giving it my all , i did not break a lot of sweat nor was i out of breath( difficulty level of 4) but this one my oh my !! my legs are screaming !!! gotta love kelli's torture session <3 i just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart guys <3 you inspire me so much and i appreciate the hard work you put through the videos . Definitely tough for me! Maybe a 4 out of 5. Had to pause video a lot due to queezy tummy! Of course I did this one on my back porch in Texas' humid 87 degree heat. Planning to keep at it until I can complete it sans extra breathers!

I thought this was a good workout for me, and I do these types of workouts about 4 times a week. I'd give it a 3.5 – those lunges burn! … I would love to see a workout like this (good cardio) that's ok for diastasis recti.

Absolutely great workout Kelly!! Did it his morning at 5 o´clocl in my flat with already 27 degrees. It was hot like hell and I was so sweaty, that I slipped with my hands over the ground, especially at those plank taps plus lift 😀 now I feel great!

I give this 3/5 coming from a low-impact perspective (at least on the really jumpy ones- 2nd floor apartment 🙁 ).

I broke a dripping sweat in a 65° room! While I'm used to 99° summer weather, I don't know how you didn't pass out from the heat! D: Great job!
