If anyone has done DNA testing via other sources (AncestryDNA, 23andme, MyHeritage, Family Tree DNA, etc) you can easily find this info out for yourself! 1. Download the raw DNA file from the DNA testing website. (Each site is different, when in doubt google "how to download raw dna from [website in question]".)2. Look up the individual genes he's saying and "SNP" at the end (for example "FTO gene SNP")3. Find the SNPedia link, as it's the wikipedia of these things. 4. Everyone in America so mad about being called fat.

#1 exercise does not make you lose weight, it only changes body composition
#2 stop drinking alcohol and you will lose weight
#3 stop drinking anything other than water and you will lose weight
#4 eat less meat and you will lose weight
#5 replace grains with other vegetables and you will lose weight

Seriously, most westerners eat absolute shite and expect exercise to fix them. Try the above (much like Asian lifestyles) and you'll do better.
