MY AT HOME WORKOUT ROUTINE!

I know there is a lot of people who want to workout, lose weight, gain muscle, get lean & shredded, but the expensive cost of a gym membership is most likely preventing you from achieving your fitness and desired physique goals. Maybe you don’t even have time to go to a gym because of your hectic busy schedule. In this video, I show you guys my at home workout routine that I do frequently if I for some reason miss a lifting day at the gym or i’m simply too busy to go the gym for whatever reason. In my specific at home workout routine, I implement light- intense cardio with some lifting and body weight exercises. A lot of my workouts are workouts you can do at the comfort of your own home, with little to no money, as well as obtained a healthy, functional, strong, great physique. If you can afford some gym equipment like some dumbbells or a pull up bar, definitely get some because it can enhance your workout tremendously and allow you to have more variety of workouts to work with. If you can’t however, don’t worry, you’ll see my beneficial, high intensity workout that I do to allow me to stay in shape and look great!
