I honestly loved this routine. I thought it was gonna be super long since it is 39min and I normally do around 25 to 30 minutes, but it went by so fast. It’s great and I feel good too.

This workout is fantastic.  I've been working mostly with Kelly and saw this one when I happened to visit my FB page.  It's a challenge and it's fun.  I like all the changing so I don't get tired of the routine, but I do get tired.  The warm up and cool down are really appreciated because I'm bad…I won't cool down on my own.  Great job on this routine.  It's in my line up and I'll probably do it twice a week at first, but as my endurance goes up, will probably do it a little more often.  With all… Read more »
