Quick question. I've started a pull, push, legs, pull, push. Monday through Friday. The first 3 days I'm working in the 6-8 rep range. On Thursday and Friday. How many reps so I don't overtrain/tax the body? 6-8, 8-10, 10-12 or higher? Thanks

Got a question for you bro, I'm pumped to train every time I train. I always keep the compounds exercises in all my training days, and I never do the exact same workout week after week, will throw in dropsets and super sets now and then as well too really feel it more. Does one need a specific plan ?! If my goal is just to get big and be muscular no competing ? Or what would you recommend
