I haven’t done yoga in a few months and this reminded me of how much I love it. I like the stretching and strength, but also to clear the mind. I will take some of these moves to karate class with me tonight😊

So how many calories are burned? 91 or 182 as it shows at the end two counters?? Dont understand the counters for all the hasfit workouts. Please tell how to understand it!!
