Hey Crystal! I don't know where you live, or what the laws are there, but have you tired marijuana for sleep? If it is legal where you live, I would recommend getting a medical card and trying out some indica edibles. Probably only about 30 milligrams to start, but if you take it about 30 minutes to an hours before bed, it will help you sleep amazingly! It's all natural and if you don't eat while you have the munchies, marijuana actually speeds up your metabolism and will help you lose weight.

You can also try valerian root!!! It’s a natural supplement and works wonders for me, smells gross af but it works!! It doesn’t automatically zone you out, just relaxes you. I’m an over worried girl!! So this has really helped me even taking it through out the day, like before an exam or such, when I’m extra anxious. I really don’t like to take extra medicines like anxiety meds and such and my general doc recommended it. Of course you should always mention it to your medical provider before hand if it ok to try ☺️

Please do NOT get used to taking melatonin! Your brain already produces it in the pineal gland and the over-the-counter version is usually 10x more than what you’re supposed to “make.” You need about .3-1mg and those things are usually a lot more.

If you keep taking it, your body is gonna stop producing it on it’s own. My college professors literally suggest taking something like Nyquil temporarily until you adjust and always say to stay away from melatonin. You should def. look into a safer method, or go see a doctor and try to get some suggestions at least.
