Did the chest and back sections and followed up with Days 1 to 9 of the Shape Pushup Challenge. Feeling good. I am still trying to figure out why sometimes rest and sometimes not like today. I have grown arm and thigh which is not what I want. I want to lose fat and make muscles toned. What am I doing wrong @hasfit?

This workout put me to the test! I've been looking to change up my routine and this was IT! I loved starting with the back muscles because I always start with legs/bigger muscle group. And I learned a few new lifting moves! I'm already feeling a burn just 10 hours after the workout, curious to see how I feel tomorrow morning! Yeah!!

I'm just so amazed that these workouts are free! Most trainers offer just a 5 or 10 minute workout for free then you need to pay to receive the full workout. Thank you so much! I'm unable to get to a gym. It's too far so I love doing these at home.
