Hello, Lucy I have a question, I am 5’4 and 208 lbs, I used to be 224 lbs and I’m noticinf the skin around my upper arms and legs is getting saggy, how can I prevent sagging of my skin in my weight loss? I am 9 weeks pregnant and I just became more active and less stressed and the weight just fell off naturally, I also have a lot of stairs to walk up to in my apartment building, please help?

I had major spinal surgery in Oct 2017. During the initial 2 months post injury and then 2 months post surgery I gained a lot of weight. Since the start of this year I have been incorporating your arm and low impact exercise in my routine with my physio's approval. I am losing 1kg a week on average and feeling great on high protein / low carb meals. Thank you!
