TIPS FOR THIS WORKOUT SESSION: Ensure you warm up properly before lifting weights. If you are going to lift weights, start light unless you have experience with weight lifting.

100 PUSH UPS
200 HYPEREXTENSIONS
5 SETS OF 8 FOR LEG PRESS (SINGLE LEG ALSO)
5 SETS OF 10 PULL UPS
5 SETS OF 10 DEADLIFT
5 SETS OF 10 LATPULL DOWN
5 SETS OF 10 SEATED LEG CURL
5 SETS OF 10 VERTICAL ROW
DUCK WALKS
