This is my first day of attempting to be a Vegan. And this is just a 30 day experiment. This is something I’ve always wanted to try and now is the time for me to be able to share this with you along my own journey with a Vegan diet…and I’m just flirting with the idea. Updates on the struggles, successes, strategies, and my trip to Bali is all video logged! And progress and changes of my body and mind will be documented.

Fitness activist and model, Kevin Kreider wants to bring balance, positivity and focus into his life and the lives of his clients. As a child, Kevin recalls being bullied for his lanky figure, Asian heritage, and ticks caused by the onset of Tourette Syndrome at a young age. Now a full-time fitness coach and model, Kevin has won several natural bodybuilding competitions, graduated with a degree in exercise science and created a successful personal training business.

Kevin has discovered what it means to work on the “inner self” and reach his peak physique. Kevin created Pursue, More Than Just Muscle as a way to help others transform their bodies and minds, no matter where they lived. He hopes his story will help others to transform their lives.

Kevin I really enjoy your videos, and something you said struck a chord with me about not wanting to get your legs to big as it's not aesthetic…I have similar issues with my biceps….how can I work my back without training biceps? Thanks!
