Smoothies are not the best for weight lost, its to much fructose, you only need 2 portions of fruits per day. And coffee after a workout can help to increase your metabolism.

Lolz 😆… you two are super cute ! Thank to you two, will try to accommodate 3 more cups of water sometime after my daily caffeine fix. I only have 1 coffee a day so not gonna give that up … though I may replace my soup for breakfast with that berrie smoothie minus the greeens .. not understanding raw green and its fibre in beverages 🤨
