I stumbled upon your videos as I was looking for low impact workouts due to an unstable knee that swells whenever I use it to much…plus lower back pain. I have now worked out to your videos 6 times in 8 days. I already feel stronger and less pain. I'm so excited about this, and so happy to have found you on youtube.
