How do you make your self eat when you are not hungry or when you don't eat a lot lol that's my problem I love food but I never eat a lot sounds crazy but I am like a snacker how would I eat that much food of I am not hungry

Yup 100% agreed, I don’t loose weight if I eat under 2000 calories, 2100 and I loose weight, took a long time to figure it out now that I am 34kg down in weight.

great progress Jordan! Always really inspiring! Which weight loss templates did you use this time? Is the V2 or V3 ones? V2 are still excel spreadsheets. V3 is a PDF that has the entire cut fit on one page. Did you have to buy new templates for your cut or could you use your old ones?
