For those of you who are commenting on kelli's body need to mind their own business. People's body change all the time and its not in our place to comment on them. As long as she is healthy that is what matters. You do not know what goes on in other people's lives so please just be respectful on focus on your fitness! Im sure you would not like it if people kept commenting on your body whether you are too skinny or bigger. Just sayin

Something is not clear to me: In this video does "calories" mean kcal or simply cal? I mean when I see on the nutrition facts that this food contains for example 50 kcal it means that I can burn this 50 kcal with ~8mins of this workout?
