RECIPE:
12 ounces of filtered water
1 TBS of Braggs apple cider vinegar
2 TBS of organic lemon juice
1 Tsp of cinnamon
1 Tsp of fresh ginger

mix and drink
I like to use a mason jar to shake it up and let sit in the refrigerator and drink later. I will drink 2 per day.

My shake consists of a squeezed lime, 2 capfuls of apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon of matcha tea, 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper , I fill it up with water and add plain stevia or flavored stevia.

How do you help protect your teeth from acv and lemon. I use it everyday but it's making my teeth thinner and I developed a small cavity. Ugh. After a year using acv 2 times a day. My stomach has responded nicely though! Thanks

👍😍This is my drink every day but with 💡fresh squeezed ingredients plus garlic, turmeric, black pepper & cream of tartar & cayenne pepper 💞 sometimes if I don’t care about a slight insulin spike I add a tiny bit of local honey or 100% pure organic maple syrup & shake with ice, it’s awesome cold. 😁
